Put AI to work inside your staffing firm, not just on top of it.
Practical AI for Salesforce, Recruitment Cloud, and Bullhorn — built around how recruiters actually work, with humans still in control.
Built exclusively for staffing firms. Deep in Salesforce. Practical enough for recruiters to actually use.
Who this is for
This is for staffing leaders who are asking questions like:
Owners, COOs, CIOs, and operations leaders trying to make sense of where AI actually fits — without guessing, overspending, or chasing every vendor demo.
Where can AI actually save our recruiters time?
Is our Salesforce data ready for agents?
Should we use Agentforce, vendor AI, custom AI, or all of the above?
How do we keep recruiters in control?
What should we build first?
How do we avoid spending money on another shiny tool nobody uses?
Amplify · Bullhorn
We helped Bullhorn build Amplify.
Amplify is Bullhorn's Agentforce-powered AI layer for Recruitment Cloud. Bullhorn brought Helpstone in to help design and ship agentic use cases to recruiters in production — not just talk about AI in workshops.
Native Agentforce and Recruitment Cloud implementation patterns
Staffing-specific sourcing, submission, and redeployment use cases
Human-in-the-loop guardrails for recruiter control
Production-minded architecture, telemetry, and adoption strategy
The reality
Most staffing firms don't have an AI problem. They have an operating model problem.
AI exposes what's already true inside a staffing firm. Messy data and inconsistent workflows don't get fixed by AI — they just move faster.
Workarounds, missing data, and unclear ownership break AI before it ships.
Rebuild the repeatable parts so recruiters spend time on relationships, not updates.
We help you decide what to fix first, what to build, and what to skip.
Where we help
Where AI can actually move the needle in staffing.
Not every workflow needs AI. But the right ones can give recruiters hours back, improve submission quality, and make your operating model more repeatable.
AI strategy for staffing
We help leadership decide where AI can create real leverage, where it's a distraction, and what must be true before you invest. Use cases, roadmap, budget, governance, and practical next steps.
AI readiness assessments
We review your data, workflows, Salesforce architecture, security, change capacity, and adoption risks. You leave with a prioritized plan — not a generic AI slide deck.
Recruiter workflow automation
Reduce the daily grind across sourcing, screening, submissions, candidate summaries, client updates, redeployment, follow-ups, and next-best actions.
Agentforce implementation
Design and build production-grade agents on Salesforce with narrow scope, human-in-the-loop controls, observability, and workflows recruiters can trust.
MCP development
Connect AI agents to the systems they need to reason and act — ATS, pay/bill, finance, knowledge bases, documents, and internal tools — with structured access and audit trails.
Knowledge management for AI
Turn tribal knowledge into usable context. Playbooks, client preferences, submission rules, escalation patterns, comp plans, and process guidance AI can retrieve and apply.
Recruiting operations enablement
Help recruiters adopt AI without replacing their judgment. Better summaries, cleaner handoffs, faster updates, stronger follow-up, and fewer tasks slipping through the cracks.
AI guardrails and governance
Policies, permissions, human review, model evaluation, audit trails, observability, and usage rules so AI helps the business without creating risk you can't defend.
How we work
From curiosity to production without wandering through the AI weeds.
A measured path for staffing firms that want real progress without spending a year talking about theoretical use cases.
Educate
We align your leadership team around what AI can and cannot do for staffing today. No hype. No fearmongering. Just a clear view of the opportunity.
Assess
We evaluate your current Salesforce environment, data quality, workflows, recruiter behavior, system gaps, and change readiness.
Implement
We build narrow, useful agents and automations that solve real workflow problems and can be observed, tested, and improved.
Scale
Once the first wins are working, we expand thoughtfully across more desks, teams, workflows, and use cases — without losing control.
What good looks like
Outcomes your recruiters, operators, and executives can actually feel.
We measure AI by whether it removes friction from the work, improves quality, and helps the business make more placements with less operational drag.
Hours back on every recruiter's calendar
Faster, higher-quality submissions
Cleaner candidate and client summaries
Bench and pipeline surfaced against open roles
Better follow-up that doesn't depend on memory
Onboarding and credential renewals that don't slip
Pay and bill exceptions caught earlier
Knowledge that survives turnover
Less manual Salesforce updating
Stronger visibility into what's actually happening on the desk
Want to know where AI would actually help your firm?
We'll help you separate useful from noisy.
Where AI is working today
- • Drafting recruiter outreach, summaries, and follow-ups
- • Matching bench and pipeline candidates to new roles
- • Preparing submission notes and client-ready summaries
- • Summarizing long candidate, client, and job histories
- • Surfacing next-best actions for recruiters
- • Triaging onboarding, credentialing, pay, and bill issues
- • Retrieving internal knowledge from playbooks and documents
- • Reducing manual updates across Salesforce workflows
Where we'll tell you to wait
- • Replacing recruiter judgment on complex placements
- • Fully autonomous client communication without review
- • Automating workflows with dirty or incomplete data
- • AI features that demo beautifully but die in production
- • Vendor pilots with no path into your real workflow
- • Anything your team can't observe, measure, or govern
Why Helpstone
Because staffing AI isn't just an AI project. It's a Salesforce, data, workflow, and adoption project.
You don't need a generic AI agency learning staffing on your dime. You need a partner that already understands recruiters, submissions, pay/bill, and the Salesforce architecture underneath — and can ship systems people actually use.
Leadership clarity on what to do, what to skip, what to fund, and what to fix first.
We've helped build real Agentforce-powered staffing use cases, including work with Bullhorn's Amplify initiative.
Custom MCP servers that connect agents to your actual systems, documents, workflows, and knowledge.
AI is only as good as the context it can trust. We help clean, structure, and retrieve the knowledge your firm runs on.
Flow, Apex, Agentforce, integrations, and external models working together inside real staffing workflows.
Human review, permissions, observability, evaluation, and policies built in from the beginning.
“The point isn't to replace recruiters. It's to remove the twenty small tasks that keep them from doing the work that actually closes placements.”
FAQ
What staffing leaders ask us about AI.
- We're not ready for AI yet. Should we still talk?
- Yes. In many cases, the best first step is not building an agent. It's figuring out what data, workflow, or adoption issues would cause an agent to fail. We'll tell you the truth before we tell you to spend money.
- Do you only work with Salesforce-based staffing firms?
- Salesforce is our deepest lane — especially Recruitment Cloud and Salesforce-native staffing operations. But we can still help leadership think through AI strategy, readiness, and workflow design even when parts of the stack sit outside Salesforce.
- Can Agentforce actually work in production?
- Yes, when it's scoped correctly. The mistake is trying to make one giant agent do everything. The better path is narrow use cases, clean context, human review, observability, and real workflow integration.
- Should we build AI ourselves or use vendors?
- Usually both. Vendor AI is useful for table-stakes features. Custom agents and MCP connections create differentiation when they reflect your firm's data, workflows, client expectations, and operating model.
- What about MCP?
- MCP matters because it gives agents structured access to the systems, documents, and context they need to be useful. For staffing firms, that may include ATS data, pay/bill systems, credentialing tools, finance data, playbooks, and internal knowledge.
- How do we avoid AI hype?
- Start with business outcomes, not tools. If a workflow, automation, report, or process change solves the problem better than AI, we'll say so. AI should earn its place in the operating model.
