A clear-eyed review of your Salesforce and staffing platform.
An executive-friendly review across feature usage, usability, collaboration, reporting, automation, data, security, and architecture — built to surface real opportunities for optimization, scale, and operational efficiency.
Eight review areas
Every angle that matters — none that don't.
Org360 is built around the dimensions that determine whether a staffing platform actually performs in production — not just whether it's technically configured.
Feature usage
Where the platform is being used as designed, where it isn't, and what value is being left on the table.
Usability & interface
Page layouts, navigation, screen design — measured against how recruiters and operators actually work.
Collaboration
Hand-offs across recruiting, sales, ops, and finance. Where information stalls, gets lost, or gets re-keyed.
Reporting & data viz
Are leaders getting the answers they need — quickly, reliably, and at the level of detail decisions require?
Automation
Flow, Apex, integrations — what's silently failing, what's redundant, and where automation should be doing more.
Data management
Data model, quality, ownership, and lifecycle — the foundation everything else depends on.
Security
Profiles, permission sets, sharing model, and access patterns — surfaced in plain language for leadership.
Architecture
Org structure, package sprawl, technical debt, and the architectural decisions that will either enable or constrain what comes next.
How it flows
Discovery → review → roadmap.
Discovery
We meet your people, learn the operating model, and pull access to the org.
Review
Across all eight areas — analyzed by senior consultants, not a script.
Roadmap
Findings, recommendations, and a prioritized plan you can actually execute.
What you walk out with
A roadmap you can actually fund.
Org360 produces deliverables your leadership team can use immediately — not a deck that sits on a shared drive.
5–10 page findings report
Executive-friendly. Each area scored, with the specific issues and opportunities called out.
Working sessions
We walk leadership and operators through what we found — and what it means for the business.
Prioritized recommendations roadmap
What to fix, what to defer, what to invest in. Phased, sequenced, and grounded in operational reality.
Technology investment guidance
Where additional Salesforce capability, AI, or ecosystem tools will compound — and where they won't.
Who it's for
Built for staffing leaders.
- Staffing CEOs and COOs deciding what to invest in next
- CIOs and CTOs inheriting a Salesforce footprint they didn't design
- Operations leaders preparing for AI, scaling, or M&A
- Salesforce admins and architects who want a senior outside read
What findings look like
Specific, scored, and actionable.
Real examples of the kind of finding Org360 surfaces — anonymized, but representative of the level of detail your leadership team walks out with.
27 inactive workflow rules and 11 process builders running alongside Flow. Roughly 40% of automation is dead code masking real failures.
Candidate duplicates above 12% of total record count; no merge policy or matching rules defined. Drives recruiter rework and bad reporting.
Pipeline KPI definitions differ across three operations dashboards. Leadership disagrees on weekly numbers because the math disagrees first.
Six profiles granting Modify All Data with no documented justification. Two of those profiles cover non-admin users.
Notes and resumes are heavily unstructured; viable for AI summarization, not yet for matching. Sequence accordingly.
Recruiter Submission page layout is unchanged from out-of-the-box; six high-friction fields surfaced for redesign.
FAQ
What leaders ask about Org360.
- How long does an Org360 take?
- Typically 1–2 weeks from kickoff to readout, depending on org size and access timing.
- What access do you need?
- Read-only access to the org and the people who use it. We work in a sandbox where possible.
- Does Org360 require a follow-on engagement?
- No. The output is yours regardless. Most clients do continue with our team after an Org360, but some execute the roadmap with their internal team or another partner — that's fine either way.
- How is Org360 different from a generic Salesforce health check?
- Health checks are technical. Org360 is operational. We score the platform against how your staffing business actually runs, not against a generic Salesforce checklist.
