Blueprint360
A 2-4 week engagement — roughly 50 hours of our team's time — that resets how your firm runs before we touch Salesforce. Most partners bend Salesforce around your existing problems. We do the opposite.
Three tracks
Front, middle, back — mapped in parallel.
We run the three tracks concurrently over the engagement — working sessions with the right people in the room, plus async work between meetings to keep momentum.
Front Office
Sales, sourcing, recruiting, and submissions — current state, aspirations, and the moments that matter to recruiters and AMs.
Middle Office
Onboarding, credentialing, timesheets, approvals, redeployment, compliance — mapped end to end.
Back Office
Pay/bill, invoicing, GL handoff, and reporting — designed to reconcile and scale.
What you walk out with
A blueprint, not a sales deck.
Your leadership in the room with our staffing operators, your real process on the wall. You leave with a holistic, functionally-led plan for how Salesforce and your tech stack should work — built around your business, your goals, and where you're heading next.
A clean, future-state operating model — not a workaround on top of technical debt
A Salesforce + tech stack architecture mapped to where you're going, not where you've been
Alignment across leadership, ops, recruiting, and finance before a single config is changed
A prioritized, phased roadmap your team and ours can execute against immediately
A clear-eyed read on what to keep, what to retire, and what to consolidate
Recruiter and operator buy-in — because they were in the room when it was designed

How it runs
Working sessions, not slide decks.
A mix of on-site or remote workshops with the right people in the room and structured async work in between. The output is digital. The thinking is human.
- • Current-state operating model captured visually, not in a deck
- • Future-state model designed live, with everyone in agreement
- • Salesforce + tech-stack architecture mapped to the new model
- • Priorities ranked and sequenced before we close out
Who it's for
Firms at a real inflection point.
Blueprint360 isn't a discovery exercise — it's an operating-model reset. It pays off when the firm is at the edge of a big decision.
Re-platforming
Moving off legacy ATS, consolidating multiple systems, or evaluating a native build.
Post-acquisition
Integrating an acquired firm into a parent operating model and Salesforce footprint.
Pre-AI investment
Resetting the foundation before pouring AI investment on top of unresolved tech debt.
Growth pressure
Scaling from boutique to mid-market or mid-market to enterprise — and the current model can't carry the weight.
“It felt expensive going in. By the end of the first week back at the office, it had already paid for itself in decisions we stopped making the wrong way.”
FAQ
Blueprint360 questions.
- How long does it actually take?
- Typically 2-4 weeks of calendar time, and roughly 50 hours of Helpstone time across the engagement. Some firms run faster; complex multi-office firms run a bit longer.
- Where does it run?
- A mix. The most valuable working sessions tend to be in-person — at your office or a neutral venue — with async and remote sessions filling in around them.
- Who attends from our side?
- CEO/COO, head of recruiting, head of ops, head of finance, and your senior Salesforce or IT lead. Plus 1–2 operator voices — a senior recruiter and an AM.
- Who attends from Helpstone?
- A senior consultant who's run multiple Blueprint360s, plus a domain specialist matched to your sub-vertical (healthcare, enterprise, boutique, etc.).
- What if we don't run a project with you after?
- Then you walk out with a clear plan and the contacts to execute it however you like. Blueprint360 isn't a sales gate.
