Terms of Service

By accessing or using helpstone.io (the "Site") or any services provided by Helpstone ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

Helpstone is a Salesforce consulting, product development, and AI advisory firm focused exclusively on staffing and recruiting companies. "Helpstone," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Helpstone and its affiliates.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or related systems.
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) to extract content in a manner that burdens the Site or violates applicable law.
• Reproduce, republish, or resell Site content without our prior written permission.

Consulting engagements, product development, and any other Services are governed by a separate signed agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or order form) between Helpstone and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement covering the Services, the signed agreement controls.

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Helpstone and protected by intellectual property laws. "Helpstone," the Helpstone mark, and related logos are trademarks of Helpstone. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

The Site references third-party platforms — including Salesforce, Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, TargetRecruit, Asymbl, Seven20, and others — as part of describing what we do. These platforms are owned by their respective providers. Helpstone is not affiliated with or endorsed by every provider referenced, and links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.

THE SITE AND ANY CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELPSTONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELPSTONE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. FOR SERVICES DELIVERED UNDER A SIGNED AGREEMENT, LIABILITY IS GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Helpstone from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Helpstone is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement between Helpstone and you specifies otherwise.
