Privacy Policy

We only collect information we actually need to run our business and serve staffing and recruiting firms. That falls into three buckets:

• Information you provide. Name, work email, company, phone, and any message you send us through our contact form, email, calls, or during a discovery session.
• Information from our website. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages help visitors.
• Information from engagements. During Salesforce and product engagements, we may access client Salesforce orgs, sandboxes, and related systems under a signed agreement, strictly to deliver the scoped work.

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery sessions.
• Deliver, support, and improve our consulting and product work.
• Send occasional operational or contractual communications.
• Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of helpstone.io.
• Comply with legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train third-party AI models.

helpstone.io uses a small number of first-party cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage — for example, which pages visitors read before contacting us. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking core functionality of the site.

We share information only with vetted providers who help us operate the business (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, scheduling, payments). These providers act as processors under written agreements and are only permitted to use information to provide services to Helpstone.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to confidentiality obligations.

When we work inside a client's Salesforce org or related systems, that data belongs to the client. We handle it under the terms of the signed engagement, apply least-privilege access, and follow the client's security requirements. We do not use client data for our own marketing, product development, or model training.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information — including access controls, encryption in transit, MFA on core systems, and background-checked personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take our responsibility seriously.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal and contractual requirements, and to resolve disputes. Contact-form messages are retained for a reasonable period to follow up and maintain business records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@helpstone.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Helpstone is headquartered in the United States and operates globally. Information may be processed in countries other than the one in which it was collected, using safeguards appropriate to the jurisdictions involved.

helpstone.io is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the site or by email.
