Integrations

Wire your staffing stack cleanly.

Sourcing, search, parsing, calls, docs, VMS, payroll, finance — staffing runs on dozens of tools. We connect them to your ATS so recruiters stop re-keying and ops stops reconciling.

Plus VMS feeds (Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit), job boards, payroll (ADP, Workday, Paychex, UKG), finance (NetSuite, Business Central), Slack, Teams, DocuSign, and anything else your desks touch. If it has an API — or even if it doesn't — we'll figure it out.

How we wire it

Not "integrated" — wired.

An integration that breaks every Salesforce release isn't a feature, it's a tax. Here's how we keep them clean.

Native first

Use the vendor's Salesforce-native package when it exists. Avoid middleware where direct works.

Idempotent design

Every sync can re-run safely. No 'one-shot' jobs that produce duplicates on retry.

Observability built in

Every integration emits health signals into a single dashboard. Failures surface before users notice.

Release-safe contracts

Versioned API contracts, sandbox refreshes, and pre-release regression checks.

Recruiter-shaped UX

Integrations show up where recruiters already work — not as a separate tab nobody opens.

Sunset plan up front

Every integration has a documented retirement plan. None of them are forever.

FAQ

Integration questions we hear weekly.

Do you build custom integrations, or only configure ISV connectors?
Both. Native connectors when they exist; custom Apex / external services when they don't. We pick based on total cost of ownership, not effort to ship.
Can you fix integrations another partner built?
Yes. Some of our most rewarding work is stabilizing brittle integrations someone else delivered.
What's the right pattern for VMS feeds?
It depends on the VMS and your volume. We've delivered direct Connect (Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit) and feed-based patterns. We'll recommend based on your operating reality.
How do you handle release-cycle risk?
Sandbox-first, automated regression on critical integrations, and a documented response runbook so a Salesforce release never becomes an outage.

Stop re-keying. Stop reconciling.
