We read the whole agenda so you don't have to. Here's what stood out, and what it means if you run a staffing firm.
Last year Dreamforce was about what AI could do. This year it's about making it work in production. Roughly half the catalog touches agentic AI, and the rest is mostly data, integration, and the plumbing that makes agents behave. If you're going for staffing takeaways, the useful sessions are the ones where somebody already shipped something and is willing to say what broke.
The question on the agenda moved from “what can an agent do” to “how do we deploy it, govern it, and prove it paid for itself.” That's a better conversation for staffing firms, because our problems — screening volume, follow-up, data entry — are workflow problems, not science projects.

Agentforce gets the stage time, but Data 360, integration, and security carry the week. We've never seen an AI problem at a staffing firm that wasn't really a duplicate-candidate problem, a stale-activity problem, or a system that doesn't talk to the ATS.
