We may not have an immediate opening for this role, but we're always interested in meeting exceptional people. Introduce yourself and we'll keep the conversation open as our needs evolve.

About Helpstone

Helpstone helps staffing and recruiting firms implement, improve, and rethink the technology behind their operations. We combine Salesforce expertise, staffing-industry knowledge, and practical consulting to build systems people can rely on. We are a small, collaborative team. Clients come to us for execution, but also for judgment, strategic thinking, and honest guidance. The people who thrive here are proactive, curious, communicative, and comfortable solving problems without waiting for a perfect playbook.

The role

We are always interested in meeting senior Salesforce consultants who understand staffing and recruiting operations. Senior consultants at Helpstone independently lead client work while collaborating closely with the rest of the team. You should be able to understand a client's operational problem, lead discovery, recommend an approach, translate it into a sound Salesforce solution, and remain accountable through delivery. Clients should experience you as a trusted advisor—not simply someone who completes configuration requests.

What you'll do

  • Lead discovery and translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Advise staffing and recruiting clients on workflows, architecture, and operating decisions.
  • Design solutions across configuration, automation, security, data, integrations, and reporting.
  • Lead client conversations and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly.
  • Configure Salesforce directly and guide developers or specialists when custom work is needed.
  • Work closely with project management, development, and QA throughout delivery.
  • Identify risks, challenge weak assumptions, and recommend better approaches.
  • Support estimation, scoping, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-launch improvement.
  • Contribute reusable knowledge, methods, and ideas to the wider Helpstone team.
  • Explore how AI can improve client solutions and Helpstone's own consulting model.

What we're looking for

  • Five or more years of Salesforce experience, with strong Sales Cloud knowledge.
  • Experience leading Salesforce consulting or implementation engagements.
  • Hands-on expertise with Flow and other Salesforce automation.
  • Strong knowledge of roles, users, sharing, permission sets, profiles, and overall security design.
  • Experience with Lightning pages, page layouts, custom objects, and fields.
  • Experience with data modeling, migration, duplicate management, and validation rules.
  • Staffing, recruiting, or workforce-solutions industry experience.
  • Strong discovery, solution-design, and client-communication skills.
  • The judgment to distinguish between what a client requests and what will actually solve the problem.
  • The ability to work independently while communicating early when help or alignment is needed.
  • At least one Salesforce certification is preferred.

Helpful, but not required

  • Experience with Recruitment Cloud or Bullhorn for Salesforce.
  • Experience with TargetRecruit, Asymbl, Seven20, or Salesforce-native ATS solutions.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, or managed packages.
  • Experience with Agentforce or AI-enabled Salesforce workflows.
  • Experience using Claude or other Anthropic tools, Lovable, custom MCP integrations, or comparable AI platforms.
  • Minnesota-based candidates are welcome, though location is not a requirement.

How we work

  • Strategic: We bring insight, not just execution.
  • Communication: We communicate clearly, honestly, and on time.
  • Community: We help each other and share what we know.
  • Vulnerability: We are comfortable asking for help when we do not have the answer.
  • Innovation: We experiment thoughtfully and improve how the work gets done.

AI is changing the work—and we're leaning into it.

Helpstone is investing heavily in AI across both our client solutions and our internal consulting model. Our work includes Claude and other Anthropic tools, Salesforce Agentforce, Lovable, custom MCP integrations, and other emerging platforms. We are looking for people who want to participate in that evolution. Prior hands-on experience is valuable but not mandatory. Curiosity, responsible experimentation, and a willingness to reconsider established ways of working matter in every role. We are not interested in automating poor processes or using AI for appearances. We want to remove low-value work, improve the quality and speed of delivery, and create more time for judgment, creativity, relationships, and meaningful client outcomes.

What success looks like

Clients trust your judgment. The team can rely on your commitments. Your solutions work in the real world, not only in a design document. You create clarity, raise issues early, and leave both the client's system and the Helpstone team stronger than you found them.
